Terrible place to send your car to. I hope Malaysia Mini Representative is reading this. Put on hold for 20 mins and I gave up. Don't return my calls. The Service Advisor that gave me his WhatsApp number do not reply to messages nor answer his phone. Whoever's in charge should be replaced immediately!!!!!!! No Star!

I want to give -10 star , the phone no nobody answer call more then 10 times, service adviser never follow up. if you think want to buy a car , pls think 100 times, had 4 years very very............bad service experience service in this place

Worst service centre. They don't fix ur car, they add problems to ur car.
