Very slow response and almost no response. They promise to get back on certain enquiry but didn't respond. Worst customer service

Forgot to make an appointment (my fault) and came for walk-in but the staffs there was still pleasant and accommodating. Waiting area is comfortable with refreshments. Also, kudos to Mr. Frankie for assisting me with my car, very helpful, attentive and diligent. Will definitely come again. Truly recommended!
