The brand new generation of Lexus LM has officially launched in Malaysia with two models available, and it offers optional four or seven-seater configurations. The local selling prices are RM 1,228,000 (LM350h) and RM 1,468,000 (LM500h) respectively.

The second-generation Lexus LM adopts the latest electrified aesthetic language in its exterior design, allowing one to instantly recognize it as a high-end luxury model. The front grille uses a new integrated design, resonating with the "X" shape of the head and tail, with the body lines flowing naturally. In addition, LM also adopts a segmented waistline design, which looks more dynamic and trendy from the side view.

The full-width tail light strip is a typical feature of the new generation Lexus series, with new NX, RX, LX adopting similar designs. In terms of dimensions, the all-new LM measures 5125/1890/1940mm in length, width, and height respectively, with a wheelbase of 3000mm. The new generation LM is 85mm longer, 40mm wider, and 10mm taller, with the wheelbase remaining unchanged at 3 meters.

Upon entering the car, one can see the exquisite interior design. It is clear that the new generation model draws on the design of the new RX, with a digital dashboard and a large size control screen, giving the entire car a stronger sense of technology.

The LM 500h four-seater version places more emphasis on the personalization and privacy needs of rear passengers. The front of the rear seats is equipped with a flagship-level private screen window, with an adjustable height glass with dimming function at the top. The screen window embeds a new design of a 48-inch wide screen display, supporting various display modes, and fully meeting diversified scene requirements such as online business meetings and family leisure entertainment. Moreover, the newly added three-way independent audio output offers each passenger a customized listening experience.

The intelligent system is also a key focus of the new Lexus LM. For example, the rear comfortable driving mode, e-Latch intelligent electronic control door, Safe Exit Assist (SEA) function, etc., all show the advanced technological level and intimate configuration of this MPV.

As for the power system, it's the most anticipated part of the new Lexus LM. The 350h seven-seat version is equipped with a 2.5-liter inline 4-cylinder hybrid power system and matched with the E-Four electric four-wheel drive system. While the 500h four-seat version is equipped with a 2.4-liter inline 4-cylinder turbocharged hybrid power system and matched with the DIRECT4 electronic dynamic four-wheel drive system.
