At the 2024 Paris Auto Show, the all-new Citroën C5 AIRCROSS concept car was officially unveiled. The new car is positioned as a compact SUV and is still in the concept stage. The new car will be built based on the STLA Medium platform and will be produced in the same line as the Peugeot 3008. The mass-produced version of the vehicle will officially be released in 2025.
Looking at the appearance, the new car is equipped with a split-type headlight, each side has two LED daytime running light designs, full of a futuristic feel. As for power, the future mass production version is expected to have plug-in hybrid and pure electric versions. The plug-in hybrid version is expected to carry a combination of a 1.2T engine and an electric motor. The pure electric version is expected to offer single-motor and dual-motor versions, the maximum power of the single motor is 214 horsepower, and the total power of the dual-motor version is 327 horsepower. The battery capacity is 73kWh and 98kWh respectively.
