Xpeng delivered 30,207 units in Q2, with revenues of 8.11 billion RMB and a gross margin of 14%

On August 20, Xpeng released its second quarter financial report. Xpeng delivered a total of 30,207 intelligent electric vehicles in the second quarter, a 30.2% increase compared to the 23,205 vehicles during the same period in 2023.
Xpeng's second-quarter revenue reached 8.11 billion RMB, a year-on-year increase of 60.2%, the gross margin increased to 14%, a year-on-year increase of 17.9%. The net loss was 1.28 billion RMB, while the net loss in the same period last year was 2.8 billion RMB, and the net loss in the previous quarter was 1.37 billion RMB. Xpeng's gross profit margin has been growing for four consecutive quarters, and as of the end of the second quarter, Xpeng's cash reserve was 37.33 billion RMB.
