Zeekr 001 FR will debut at the Thai Motor Show, going from 0-100km/h takes only 2.02 seconds!

Everyone knows Porsche is fast, but only a few people know who can be faster than Porsche.
The Zeekr 001 FR from China’s Zeekr is one such car. Its standout feature is its incredible speed, with an official claim that it can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.02 seconds. In comparison, the fastest version of the Porsche Taycan — the Taycan Turbo Cross Turismo — achieves 0-100 km/h in 3.8 seconds, and it comes with a hefty price tag of 11,190,000 Thai Baht for those extra 1.78 seconds.
On the other hand, the Zeekr 001 FR is expected to be priced similarly to the base model of the Taycan, around 7,000,000 Thai Baht. While still expensive, this price is significantly more affordable when compared to the Porsche.
This remarkable speed is made possible because the Zeekr 001 FR is a fully electric vehicle. It is powered by four electric motors, delivering an impressive 1265 horsepower (Ps) and a combined torque of 1280 Nm. The battery has a capacity of 100 kWh, offering a range of 550 km. It also supports fast charging, allowing the battery to be charged from 10% to 80% in just 15 minutes.
The Zeekr 001 FR is not small in volume and is slightly larger than the Taycan.
Length: 5018mm
Width: 1999mm
Height: 1545mm
Wheelbase: 3005mm
The Zeekr 001 FR features a wagon-like design, with a distinctive LED daytime running light on the hood. The rear of the car is equipped with a massive spoiler and diffuser to enhance vehicle stability. Despite its weight of 2525 kg, the car still requires this aerodynamic package to ensure stable handling.
Inside, the Zeekr 001 FR boasts a luxurious and high-tech interior. The steering wheel is made of genuine leather, and the car features a 15-inch LCD central display with a 13-inch digital instrument cluster. The seats are upholstered in Alcantara material and offer ventilation, heating, and massage functions. The car is also equipped with a high-end audio system featuring 28 speakers, all from the Yamaha brand.
The Zeekr 001 FR will be showcased at the Thailand International Motor Expo, and it’s expected that Zeekr will also launch the Zeekr 001 in Thailand. The two versions will have similar appearances, but the standard Zeekr 001 will be priced much more affordably — around the price of a Toyota Camry, offering buyers a larger and faster sports car for the same price as a regular sedan.
