Suspected skill and manpower issue. Bad Experience...... 3 years regular customer. Problems still not solved for period 1 year 6 months. Every time ask to book and come again. Pity customers....

I had service 3 times in this shop, and so far no issue. But today I called 3 times to shop, 2 times was rejected. Can you just simply reject customer calls? If you are busy, you may choose to answer it later but not reject the call.

Friendly and helpful, even for walk-in normal service. Salesmen are very approachable. The centre has a very nice ambience. A lot of parking.

Really disappointed! I never expected the customer service is so bad. After one year, the admin still didn’t update my NCD ISM. In the end i have to sort it out myself.
