The service assistant forgot to give me back my service book. I had to u turn to get it back from him (I think he was still sleeping at his desk). Of course they said i have to service air-con next round. I never went back.

Deliver bay for new car are suck, to collect my new car RX500h just like collect my serviced car, no proper collection area, mixed with all waiting service customers, visitors, and my new car mix display d together with demo car. Bad arrangements, no Japanese premium brand culture at all.
