The incompetant service team - service advisor & foreman make us feeling bad & horrible. Cus need to help to provide document. End up keep ask waiting for checking & inspection which may spend few times & days. After sales service is really important to bring brillant future for Kia Malaysia. Please bring to the fore.

AVOID sending your car to this place for service! Cap not tighten properly after replacing engine oil, causing oil to leak out. The tidak-apa attitude of workers. Wondering how they recruit and manage such workers. This suppose to be a flagship center but having poor service quality.
