Overview of the Series

Since the 2019 Isuzu D-Max facelift, Malaysian Isuzu has offered 11 models and 2 engines. Models include the 1.9L Single-cab 4x4 Manual, the 3.0L Single-cab 4x4 Manual, etc., with prices ranging from RM 85,799 to RM 120,838. The engines include a 1.9 litre BluePower Ddi with a power output of 150 PS and a torque of 350 Nm, and a 3.0 litre BluePower with a power output of 177 PS and a torque of 380 Nm.

Power System

The engine of this model is still the highly praised 1.9-liter BluePower turbocharged diesel engine.

Interior Configuration

Equipped with a light touch assisted tailgate, which is an optional accessory for standard trucks, but it is standard on the Stealth version, and it is also equipped with a high-definition digital camcorder (DVR) with a built-in motion detector that can replay the video on the owner's mobile phone via WiFi and the IROAD app. In addition, there is also the industry-first 3D image-guided surround view monitor and automatic retractable side steps.

Price

The price for the Stealth version is not low, it is at least RM 10,000 more expensive than the standard 1.9 litre Double-cab 4x4 D-Max, excluding the optional T-cover, which is valued at RM 2,000 when purchasing a Stealth in August, otherwise the full price is RM 5,500. However, even with a sale price of RM 125,799, it is still more affordable than the RM 148,880 from Toyota Hilux and RM 137,900 from Mitsubishi Triton.
