: This is an introduction to the Proton X70 Premium 2WD model currently on sale in Malaysia.

Power System

: It is equipped with a 1.8-litre turbocharged direct injection 4-cylinder petrol engine, matched with a 6-speed automatic transmission. The engine can output 184 PS and 285 Nm of torque, with front-wheel drive. In terms of straight-line acceleration, it takes 10.1 seconds to accelerate from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour.

Power Performance

: Although the power-to-weight ratio and output are not outstanding among the same-level SUVs, you will not feel lack of power when driving.

Brake Performance

: The performance is outstanding, the braking distance from 100 kilometers per hour to a complete stop is 37.4 meters (the best result after 3 tests).

Handling Performance

: The comfort is prioritized over dynamic performance, the body inclination is obvious, but it can meet the needs of family use.

Riding Comfort

: Equipped with the largest 19-inch alloy wheels and 225/55 R19 sized Continental UC6 tires in the same level, it still has the best ride comfort in the same level. Only when passing through unusually large potholes will you feel the jolt of the suspension. The interior is the quietest in its class, with a noise meter average of 67 dB at 110 kilometers per hour, equivalent to the noise level of normal conversation in an office.
