Quite a comfort waiting room but poor staff service where no replenish of coffee serving even after notification. Lady Telephone operator is not friendly with sour face.

First and last. Waiting for almost 5hours for proton services even after making apoinment. Very dissapointed. have to wait for the staf lunch hour from 1-2 pm, but seems like 2.30 pm they came. Waiting area is not as exclusive in as Proton Service Pantai Bharu Klang.

Buat booking 9am. Tapi datang sini, kena tingggi sampai pukul 9.40am. Poor parking space. Came to pick up a friend who drop his car for service. However service got delayed, need to wait for him but no place to park.

Free biscuits & drinks to kill the waiting time. Also, very good transparent glass window feature so that you can look at your car is being serviced or repaired.
