Very bad service. Already book appoinment on Saturday. After check in, wait for nearly 3 and half hours without consultation/advisor prior to service. Service done around 12.20pm, was briefly told what was done in less then one minute, told to sign, then proceed to pay. Lack professionalism

With appointment in place, this 4S Proton dealer not crowded. However, the service delivery need to be more in-depth to provide full one touch settlement service. Hence, the customer need not to come again.
