All SA is super rude and unpleasant , does not want to attend to you if you are her customer. Super unfriendly . Had defect picking up my new car and aren’t eligible to change a new car (which I can wait) due to already register . Don’t think it is reasonable as the defect was there before I collected the car.

Decided to give it a try despite of not so good reviews on Google. Food and hot drinks provided with adjustable tv equipped with Astro channels. Service done within 2.5 hours which imo is acceptable. Kindly look for Mike, a polite and honest guy.

Apart from the busy traffic and long queue, by far the best Toyota service center compared to many that I went. Friendly, efficient, thorough, thoughtful, clean and welcoming.
