    Very bad service, very slow, not following SOP like other services center. The lounge is big but there’s nothing in it, not even cold water, or chilled water, just boiling hot water and coffee, coway used i think its from world war 2.

    Nice location tuck inside an industrial estate. Great service from reception and deteriorating as it goes. Limited sitting lounge with CCTV monitoring work in progress of 3-bays in the service area on the second level. Any suggestions for your new Toyota service in Klang Valley.

    The service assistance recommended for wheel alignment since the first service 1000km. Have made the alignment but the car alignment still not good and asked to come again.
